I’ve spent the past 15 years of my career working with hundreds of businesses to support them in their go-to-market strategy. In my various roles, I had the opportunity to work with businesses that were both successful as well as others that weren’t quite as effective in reaching their goals. This unique position allowed me to form an in-depth understanding of a wide range of businesses, their recipes for success as well as learnings of course-correction.
KBT Consulting was born from the simple idea of helping businesses with an actionable, go-to-market strategy and over-indexing on outcomes and execution to scale revenue. I believe in carefully listening to the business problems at hand and providing clear, honest and outcome-oriented advice. I believe in strictly staying away from superfluous corporate buzzwords that confuse people and do not serve any purpose.
I have over 17 years of experience working with companies and helping them monetise and scale their business by meeting their key performance indicators (KPIs) and goals. I was an early employee at Meta (then Facebook), having joined back in 2008 in the UK. I moved to Asia in 2011, where I met my wife and decided to stay in Singapore for the longer term. During this time, I had the privilege of managing and leading multiple high performing teams across Meta’s advertising business and their WhatsApp enterprise solution.
